Coach RoShawnda started playing volleyball in the 9th grade at Southfield High School (SHS) but it wasn’t until her junior year she started playing under the instruction of Coach Alisha Love and participating in Skillz Finest Volleyball Club. RoShawnda realized she loved playing volleyball her senior year and started considering to playing at the collegiate level. She was blessed with the opportunity! After graduating from SHS, she played volleyball while attending Dillard University in New Orleans, Louisiana where she double majored in Accounting and Financial Economics. After graduating college, she moved around as part of the requirements of General Electric’s Financial Management Program (FMP). Despite the constant moving, she always found a way to integrate volleyball in her life through different leagues and gym memberships. RoShawnda has finally returned home to Michigan after approximately 8 years. Today, she is the Junior Varsity volleyball coach at North Farmington High School. She enjoys playing and watching the game of volleyball and believes one really knows the subject if one has the ability to teach the subject. RoShawnda looks forward to interacting and teaching young women the game of volleyball! Coaching with Skillz Finest since 2018 to present... she adds much more than coming to the program and has grown tremendously as a Coach and continues to grow!

Coach Cassidy started playing volleyball in 8th grade and fell in love. She went to camps and trained hard so that she could become a setter. Coach Cassidy was lucky enough to play for Harrison High School and one of her favorite coaches, Coach Michael Love. Skillz Finest was her first volleyball club and they not only taught her the game, but important values such as dedication, reliability, and motivation. Those are things that Coach Cassidy is still working on to this day and she's excited to be able to help pass on what she's learned.
